Top Quality Landscaping has been taking care of my yard for over a year now. They do a great job at a fair price. They are a family owned business and are all very friendly and approachable. I love that they communicate well with the customer, via text or phone. If you have a question or request, they get back to you quickly. This is very important to me. TQ is a capable, available, and very honest company. I call that great quality. I wouldn't consider using anybody else!

It’s easy to say that one of the best things that happened to us in 2020 was discovering Top Quality Landscaping. We’ve had dozens of outdoor projects done on our property recently—some bigger, some smaller, all of them important to us, and many that we couldn’t do ourselves. Finding a good local landscaping company willing to help with such a wide range of needs had been a challenge until we learned about Top Quality. Simply put, they are the BEST landscaping company we’ve ever worked with. 

Since spring, owner Phil Braden, son Logan and their crew have installed a rock-art walkway, two paver paths, a pathway with stairs to access our beach, and an enlarged new beach. They also eradicated invasive European Ivy from our property and designed and built lakefront bank stabilization to prevent soil erosion. Every one of these projects was performed at a high level of professionalism (in nearly every case exceeding our expectations), and each time the price charged was not only very reasonable compared to what other companies would charge, it was exactly (to the penny) the amount in their bid. Phil is experienced and creative. His eye for esthetics and his understanding of the land give him a special perspective that is exceedingly hard to find. We recognized this early and now have come to rely heavily on his judgment and advice on our projects.

Another telling trait of Top Quality is their friendliness (what you’d expect from a local family-owned and operated business). Michelle Braden is off-the-charts excellent in her communication. We especially appreciate that she keeps us informed about the exact time a crew will arrive on a given day, and whenever something changes, that she notifies me immediately. She, just like Phil, Logan and their employees are just nice people, the kind of people you’d like to live next door, and certainly to do business with.

I can justify nothing short of my highest recommendation of Top Quality Landscaping and Construction. In the future, there’s zero chance we’ll be calling anyone else to help us with our landscaping.
